      Pros

      It is good oppotunities with working with complex customer implementations of the Oracle software offering. It also has a huge repository of product information.

      Cons

      Sometimes you hardly get to speak to your manager. Sometimes feel like the company is a bodyshop where utilitzation is the only goeal

      - safe place to work in (not affected by ups and downs in the economy) - flexible time (working from home)

      Cons

      - very untransparent about salaries - no salary raises A lot of projects where a big thank you is supposed to replace a bonus.
