      People are unmotivated and don't want to stay at company for too long.

      Pros

      You get tons of free soft drinks. It is an easy place to work. Not much stress since there is not much management does that entices employees to work hard.

      Cons

      No raise, no promotion, just a dead end. Just plant your tombstone and lay down. I think Ellison has to approve for one to buy notepads. Travel is very limited. No raise, no raise. Hey did I mention no raise!? People don't care about working hard since there is no incentive.

      Pros

      Big, profitable, stable. Many many choices for internal transfer. If you just want to find a place to work for over ten years, it is a good place.

      Cons

      Moving very slow, people by default don't like to help others. Usually you can only work on a very small piece of the project.
