      Complete freedom to do anything, less work pressure, good acquisition strategy and making it to work also

      Persons working loyally for a long time will find themselves earning lessee than new comers. Blind expansion and recruitment which results in pathetic workforce especially in india

      Great people to work with. Excellent resources and internal management tools. Good exposure and excellent training methodologies. A healthy work environment.

      Cons

      Not enough growth associated within the company merely due to the size of the company. Internal transfers are possible but not always easy.

      - management open to new ideas - flexible working hours - great compensation and benefits - great people to work with (except for some) - excellent manager

      - politics at country level - sales people at local level are not great to work with - hr director in the country is highly political person
