      Great opportunities to travel abroad and gain experience in markets in ASPAC, EMEA and North America, financial services domain, Oracle brand

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance especially at client locations. Managers over promise and place client considerations ahead of the team. Compensation schemes are inadequate as compared to market competitors and the redressal schemes are poor. There is a lot of inter-department rivalry and differential behavior; different project members working for the same client will earn different bonuses.

      Offers good pay package with competitive compensation benefits for employee and family. Friendly work environment. Adequate training provided when necessary

      Cons

      Work timings not flexible. Management takes time to recognize and appreciate employee's input to the department. Growth in the career ladder is pretty slow.
