      a lot of training opportunities and stuff flexible working hours and locations friendly colleagues good support from managers challenging corporate culture to make individuals grows more rapidly

      orgnizations changes quite frequently, as well as product lines quite hard to get salary growth quite challenging environent for new graduates

      very political. not merit based, but promotions are based on who you know. i guess that is to be expected at a company with 100,000 employees
