      - Excellent Products that lead the marketplace and good Research & Development tied in with Product Marketing - Great People that are smart and hungry to succeed.

      Cons

      - Commission pay decreased and annual quota increased are unattainable - Sales Driven Culture that does not allow the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with the customers. Quarter by Quarter sales focused and lack of true customer services and appreciation.

      Job security....and only job security that's it.

      Cons

      -Compensation below industry standard. -Rate of growth very slow. -Outdated technology(makes it very tough to switch the company) -Mostly support or maintenance kind of jobs.....little scope for development -Job is too hectic....it shatters your work life balance.(11-12 hrs per day...and working on weekends is routine in most of the projects) -Too much hierarchy -Callous,insensitive,incompetent management. -Managers are mostly rude and not at all amenable. -System completely lacks transparency
