      Good work life balance, if not a travel job. The internal processes and work is well tailored by roles and responsibilities.

      Cons

      No bonus, no hikes, no growth. They only provide a good work life balance.

      Pros

      Very solid financials, have multiple strong areas with growth and have really good strategy linking all parts of their business model together.

      Cons

      Depending on which area of the business your are in they are quite ruthless with staff and it is not exactly a "fun" environment to work. Very pressured, cash focused and not so much people focused.
