      Pros

      Good pay and benefits and opportunity to make a lot IF you have the right territory and accounts

      Cons

      The culture has changed dramatically in the past few years since the acquisition by Oracle. It is no longer has a fun start-up feeling. The change in leadership style, more process driven (like the CX org) has decreased morale. Also, all quotas are the same and if you don't have a good territory with B2C accounts, there is a very little opportunity to make your number.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good base pay, ok culture. Although a sales culture there is a lot of decent technical focus and a lot of smart people to learn from. Oracle's negative reputation is somewhat overblown, the work environment is fast paced but there is a culture of balance and technical talent can be developed if the employee seeks mentors and training.

      Cons

      bad reputation among some pros, small raises/raises held/bonuses held too often, difficult to move up within department without lateral move, slow to change, self-service culture is taken to extreme sometimes making it difficult to get answers or costing a lot of time on the part of the employee execute a process that is unfamiliar.

      Pros

      Very intellectually challenging work, with top notch talents in the teams. Company is in good business direction. Fiscal condition is healthy.

      Cons

      The company is very large. It sometimes can be disorienting to figure out who works on what. Internal competition does inevitably exist.
