      - Great people (very young atmosphere) - Lots of tools to help enable you to sell - Lots of product training to make sure you understand the products

      Cons

      - Zero collaboration between different product/pillars - Hard to get raise - Raises are only 3K a year if you meet the requirements - High turnover from the top down
