      If your manager is good and professional you will have good working life balance

      Cons

      1. Too much Micromanagement with no HR involvement 2. With Toxic manager you you will have pretty hard time 3. No skip calls , no HR touch even if your getting toxic environment you are own your own. Even for smallest thing it’s up to you manager 4. Bad work life management and working culture, very unprofessional behaviour from management
