Unlimited pto is nice, benefits are ok

Cons

Doesn't give raises often. Owner is the 4th richest man in the world and is too greedy to give raises or promotions to any employee just because we had 1 quarter without profit. Also, the company makes false claims about no layoffs and then lays off several thousand employees.
