      Pros

      I just can not think of anything that would be honest. It's really sad but this company is caught in a downward spiral.

      Cons

      Having this company on my resume has been the single biggest handicap to finding a new job that I’ve ever experienced. No one wants their products anymore and getting out is a major challenge because no one wants to hire people who have worked there.

      UX heading in the wrong direction

      Pros

      In general, the people you will work with in development and PM are nice.

      Cons

      The new UX leadership has a visual design background and have put all their focus on a bespoke font and a design system. Upper level UX executives review every design for visual appearance and have laid off most of the senior designers. It will be very uncomfortable when upper management realizes this direction will not yield the business results they were looking for. There are no raises and no internal promotions. Only go there for UX if you have few other choices and don’t plan to stay long.
