      Good company to work for, but a lot of bureaucracy

      Pros

      Good pay, excellent benefits (the health insurance is great!), and a very conducive environment to learning. I also can work full-time remote rather than having to relocate to go to an office. I am also salary with overtime.

      Cons

      Travel is a requirement, sometimes for long periods of time. The bureaucracy is a mess. Nothing ever moves quickly, and the overhead is tremendous. On-boarding took months after getting hired, and the hiring process itself took months. Although I have not yet qualified for a raise, I have heard through the grapevine they are far and few between (however, again, this has not been vetted by me personally).

      Pros

      - Most of the people that work at Textura are very smart and hard working - Great work environment - Company is growing rapidly - Would be five-star if not for a few people

      Cons

      - Senior-most client service management is very poor. They both manage through intimidation and bullying as opposed to leading through example and motivation. I hope Oracle (the new owner) quickly takes notice.

      Pros

      Flexible hours. Work from home. I need fifteen more positive words to submit this review. I don't work there any more.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy that makes the federal government look fast and simple. Anything from software to hiring is painful and protracted. Promotions are insanely difficult and pay increases are small.
