Pros
1. Good Initial Package. 2. Good Work Life Balance 3. Internal trainings are very good.
Cons
1. Outdated tools, many teams think they are innovating but the work is not upto the mark as compared to what the market needs and also the tools being used are outdated. 2. I have seen people(Good workers) without a hike for 4-5 years. 3. Before you hire new people, please plan. I have seen teams where people are sitting idle. And eventually they fire people without a proper reason. That is called lack of planning and vision.
