Very interesting work, implemented new technologies ahead of the industry e.g. adopted DevSecOps with Kubernetes and Docker containerized CI/CD on a OCI hyperscaler
Cons
Excessive amount of work that requires more than 40-50 per week. The start-and-stop culture or "shiny object syndrome" or initiative fatigue severely damages employee well-being and team culture that erodes trust, fear of risk taking and imposter syndrome. This "dragon conquest" grind eventually creating cognitive tension known as the Zeigarnik effect lead to lingering anxiety and burnout
