Potential to get familiar with many technologies in addition to the regular area of focus. Many opportunities to work on challenging and rewarding projects. Excellent work/life balance due to flexible time and location. There are a lot of internal resources for training and development.

Cons

Pronounced vertical organization may not offer an optimal open communication from he bottom to the top. Social event are minimum and depends on the region or country.

Good work/life balance. You can choose to be more on the busy side or the relaxed side.

Cons

The company does not have good planning when reduction has to happen. The new grads could be laid off a few months after recruiting because of cease of a production line and the HR department takes no care of transferring them to other groups in need of people.
