The core database business is not developing as fast as the emerging internet+ unicorns. The culture here is pretty friendly. You could meet different sorts of people. But the more aggressive ones often opt to join a more start-up based companies. You could have your own schedule to manage things. And it is more likely for you to have a good balance in work and life
