Pros

Usually easygoing, allows work-life balance - usually no overtime or stress. People are generally nice and supportive. Administration works flawlessly.

Cons

Projects are generally not very interesting to develop and release cycles are longer than a year. Pivots in products are common. Hardly any bonuses or salary hikes. No investment in UI/UX, probably because the target market is not consumers but rather enterprises.

Pros

It has good life work balance, it is a fine place for people who just want a stable job.

Cons

It doesn't have policy to encourage employees to do good job. The communication between upper management and employees is poor.
