      working with the live product like Database gives a lot of learning experience as well as understanding of IT industry .

      Cons

      Since it's a very big company it's difficult to get very challenging work at low level or the start up of career. so the learning might be with slow slope but still it depends on the team

      TO have a good time in your personal life, this is a good place. Doesnt pay well to beginners but senior management are highly paid.

      Cons

      low pay some people may not like hyderabad , but that is where Oracle Apps action centre is.
