Very low pay, doesn't match the market value. No raises/ promotions no matter how hard you work There is always org restructural changes and they always find a reason to not give raises/promotions
Lower stress work, Friendly Associates, Decent Benefits, Nice team activities (ex: potluck, happy hours), Work Life Balance is Good on my team (Depends on team).
Cons
Below average compensation compared to other companies, Longer tenure doesn't feel appreciated. 1-2% raises if not changing job titles, at times entire organizations won't get raises, regardless of your own performance. Doesn't feel like its keeping up with inflation for the past few years. High turn over rate. Only good for couple years (starting off) then go somewhere else once you have some experience.
