Pros
Remote work is very common, lots of flexibility and freedom. Plenty of smart talented people, fun working environment.
Cons
Email overload & overwork due to inadequate processes does happen, you just have to create your own systems to deal with it. Political atmosphere due to thick and entrenched management layers and the light usually doesn't shine through. If you're happy to live in your little cubby hole, it's a decent place to work. If you want to grow, best join a competitor.
