      Good overall structure, strategic focus on financials and technology acquisition. Can work normal hours without excessive stress. Nice facilities, mostly pleasant employees.

      Cons

      Very little freedom to do your work as you see fit. Certainly no rocking the boat. Lots of processes and approval chains to get anything significant accomplished. Not much room for advancement.
