Pros

Good company to learn, work and maintain work life balance. Employee friendly in every aspect except salary hikes.

Cons

You may get hikes every 2nd or 3rd year and as much as 7-8%, and it could be as low as 1-2% as well. Sometimes, with promotion as well, there will be hardly any change in your salary. I have got 3 hikes ( including one with promotion) in 10 years.
