Pros

You can retire here if you don't want to grow in your role or salary.

Cons

1. No hikes, even with the highest stock price in years. 2. You need to work 4-6 hours extra if you want to be considered for promotions. 3. Management does not care about your efforts, only care about who brown-noses well. 4. More paperwork than actual technical tasks. 5. No oversight for managers - favouritism is huge plus if you want any growth. 6. Outdated and/or internal tech stacks only. No use for moving outside.

Pros

Good learning Good team members

Cons

In a big organization, career growth takes time, especially when you spent more than seven years in one Org and later Oracle acquired, your seniority gets reset
