There can be interesting projects.

Cons

It is very hierarchical, slow company, there are political games, very rare performance review, company doesn't care about its' employees. Not all guys from management are competent. There are a lot of corporate trainings that each employee have to pass, but really some guys don't follow the basic principals of polite communication, management don't care about it. Hiring process is not clean and adequate. And there are no way to say about it and be listened. I feel disappointment.
