Oracle is a very large company and the best perk of that is that they provide their employees with wonderful benefits. No matter the stage of life you are in, there are many benefits to help you where you are.

Cons

As always with a big company, you are only a cog in a wheel. That can be a great thing if you don't mind just having a 9 to 5 stable job where you can check out at the end of the day. But it can potentially lead to mundane work.
