Great Place to Work, Good for learning phase but not good for long stay

It was great to learn and work here, Backend work is a lot and you'll get to learn stuff which is good if you are a fresher. Pay is good if you negotiate well

Cons

Work isnt that flourishing for frontend because they have their already developed product ojet which is being reused in the frontend. Too much politics in place to even get a chance to advance in the long run

Huge companies have lots of perks, and oftentimes good benefits

Cons

I haven't gotten a raise or promotion since Cerner was acquired by Oracle nearly 2 years ago when I was receiving about $1500 more than my fresh-out-of-school starting salary, even though I am treated like a mid-level engineer.
