Pros
No growth, moderate work, no learning.
Cons
Worst management, some managers are unqualified and they behave as if they own the company and you are a servant to them. No hikes. Some managers believe in quantity, not quality. Unqualified managers. Some managers will make you stand for one hour every morning for the scrum. GBU is not at all Oracle. Some of the managers are BSC(IT) graduate and don't know anything about management, they will make you work on old technologies where you would learn nothing and neither any company will prefer you after 2years of working here.
