None. I all the projects that I have worked in this company - I have not found even 1 cons that i would like to list.

Joined the team because the developers were very good at what they did and felt it would be a great environment to improve in.

Cons

Didn't really bother me, but not everyone likes a bullpen desk setup. Can't think of anything else.
