Flexible work hours, Gym on campus (HQ), good benefits.

Cons

Expectation to work late at night (10pm+), salary tend to be on lower end of the market, very hard to get promoted, every year a new boss -- almost impossible to build a career.

it is stable. Benefits are not bad. Most of groups have less workload. It is a good place for people who like stability and less work.

Cons

No Salary raise even if you got promoted. No bonus. The politics are pretty severe. Many managers are no technical oriented.

Good managers (you can learn from them), plenty of time to learn new things, flexible hours, you get more responsibilities as long as you show you can handle them. Tight death lines are rare.

Cons

There are coworkers that under perform, managers know it and do nothing. Some people get stuck in customer support and that's it for the rest of their life.
