      Pros

      The health benefits are cheap and great. Fairly flexible with short-term, pre-approved remote work. Sick time is unlimited, which is almost as much a Con as it is a Pro until you need it. I hear it looks good on your resume. Also, the beverage fridge (sodas, teas, carbonated waters) is worth mentioning.

      Cons

      It is a large machine, and sometimes the decisions are made from a place that is too far removed from the affected areas. Also, unless you get a "better" position, you should never expect a pay increase.
