      Very Disorganized management. low hourly wage and low morale in the work environment

      Pros

      good health benefits and 401k perks are pretty decent. ability to work remotely is common still.

      Cons

      The lack of support from top heavy management is consistently increasing. Clients keep leaving due to frustration with unstable services. Oracle Cerner employees haven't gotten raises since the acquisition in 2022.

      Relaxed workload is relaxed most days. Pay and benefits are good.

      Little leadership. Misleading growth opportunities. Poor documentation for proprietary technologies. Technology is almost entirely proprietary.
