Pros

Good work life balance. Unlimited PTO. At the time I had it (3 years ago), pretty good family leave (there are better ones tho). Also, they were really good with remote work.

Cons

Really corporate. Hiring took a long time and had alot of red tape. Very obfuscated measures of how your org is doing - they don't share metrics and hard to tell how to improve your product. Silo'ed knowledge base & poor documentation, so depending on where you land, it could be good or bad.
