Pros
I worked there almost 15-20 years ago (system doesn't let me choose older dates), and they were the first one whose motto was "Work from anywhere as long as you complete it on time". They were the first company who opened a second office in the city just because they didn't want their employee to lose time in the traffic, which was causing approx. 4-5 hours daily on route. This resulted employees to hold on to their jobs and work even more.
Cons
There are lots of resources but you mostly are on your own. This might be a challenge at first, but lets you to thrive.
