Great company with a great CEO. He genuinely cares for his employees. Unlimited access to tools and knowledge to help you be the best you can be. Very smart people who are willing to share and help you grow as an individual. Great friendships made.

Cons

If you like to party and be one of the guys chances are you have a better opportunity for advancement.
