Pros

Hands down, this is the one of the greatest cultures I have been fortunate to be a part of. The drive of the leadership team, the overly talented workforce and the sheer tenacity of every employee to do their best at Orasi makes this a clear recipe for success. Our customers and partners rave about us; the products and services we deliver are unmatched in the industry. It truly is a great place to work as the company is growing, the management teams is focused and the tenacity to win is insane.

Cons

No negatives from my point of view.

Pros

Orasi is a great company to work for. They have great end of quarter parties and holiday parties. The company kick-off meeting is nothing less than lavish.

Cons

Really Orasi is a great company to work for, however, like most offices, there are a lot of office politics and can be very frustrating.

Pros

The atmosphere at work is great. There are a lot of recent college grads, and it caters to that. There are free drinks/snacked (which sometimes take a bit to get replenished), sporadic nerf gun wars, and the people are great. There are a lot of people that hang out outside of work and there are people with all kinds of interests. Gamers, people into sports, etc. Everyone is friendly and is willing to extend a helping hand because they all remember being "the new guy" themselves. Management is also understanding, and somewhat open as well, although you generally have to go to them first.

Cons

The main downside is the pay. I can only speak to the remote testing side as a contractor (through a recruiting service, so Orasi doesn't 100% control what we get paid). Generally is a 6 month contract-to-hire deal for people who have come to the company in the past year or so I believe. You really never know if you are going to be brought on perm in 6 months or not, it could be up to 7 or even 8 months in most cases. At the end of the 6 month contract usually nothing changes until you get called up out of the blue. Again, this is how it generally happens from my understanding. Also you have to have a certain mindset to really enjoy QA. There is the automated side and manual side. Sometimes it can be a little dry, however Orasi has some big name clients, so depending on the project, it can make up for that.
