Tread carefully

Pros

Engineers are awesome; people are great below senior management.

Cons

Read the older reviews from 2015 and before carefully -- they are spot on. The recent reviews were added at the behest of HR to cover-up the negative, earlier reviews. Senior Management is the main problem with this company and ruins the potential of very talented engineers. Also, don't let them tell you they do advanced analytics or machine learning work -- they do very little to none of this anymore and are more of a product/integration company now.

Pros

I come to work with peace of mind because it is a laid-back atmosphere. My co-workers are nice, my boss is nice. There is work to be done, for sure. But your mind is occupied with the work, not with drama. Everyone is approachable. You can easily talk to middle and upper management in person.

Cons

Lunch options are not walking distance, but they are a short drive away.
