The pay and benefits are fairly standard.

The company I worked for was bought by Orbis. Within a year HALF of my original coworkers were gone. Tone deaf is the best way to describe the leadership. In the middle of Covid, the CEO wanted everyone back in the office, even though we did well working at home for a whole year. After a month we had to go back remote because here came more variants. Middle management is so fed up that they complain to the peons about how much their bullied by leadership. No real planning, just seem to be putting out fires every day and shifting people around. Too bad that the previous owner didn't look for a company that had the same values that our company did.
