      Pros

      Orca Bio’s a great place to work if you want to get things done and make an impact. Leadership is approachable and cares. People are smart, collaborative, and pulling in the same direction.

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone. The pace can be fast and there’s not much room for slowing things down. If you’re someone who likes a more relaxed, predictable job, this might not be the best place for you. If you’re into a fast environment and want to work with smart people, it’s a great place to be.

      Pros

      I can think of no pros...unless you've never worked at a biotech, however this will give you the wrong impression of one.

      Cons

      -President of company is micro-manager who has never launched a product and will be the demise of this company -Terrible pay and compensation---they enjoy paying people less than what they previously made -No commercial experience in senior leadership or the Board.
