Working for them, their ALL management is only concerned about making friends and talking others down to make themselves look better. Due to their own lack of brains!

Pros

No sign of slowing down. Lots of work year round. Offers full benefits with vacation time accruing by the hour.

Cons

Slow to get a raise. Almost too many hours of work for the time allotted. Really no time for yourself during the week. Very physical work on top of daily stress can be exhausting.
