Trauma 1 facilities are known for having the best doctors and best medical care. Unfortunately, that can create egotistical managers. Watch out for controlling managers on a power trip.

Cons

Egotistical manager on a power trip- not open to questions. Created a dysfunctional, hostile department. It doesn't matter how good the Trauma 1 facility is when an egotistical, power- hungry manager runs the team.
