Great products and great people dedicated to helping patients get them. Many new people with optimistic attitudes. Smart and motivated.

Cons

Management disconnected and shortsighted. Too much infighting and blame placing. Lack of communication causes mistrust, changing reimbursement environment causing problems for business.

Cons

CMS Reimbursement changes at the beginning of 2014 have damaged the companies revenues and management hasn't been able to figure out how to be successful in this lower reimbursement environment
