Work life balance, supportive management, CULTURE isn’t highlighted enough as it’s enjoyable to work with them, industry leading products that result in better patient outcomes, and great pay. Additionally, the training program actually teaches you about the specialty and wants you to learn the information not just cram to test well against your peers. I came out of training feeling confident.

Cons

Low in technology for employees, inside team is only available via email and can take time to receive feedback.
