Pros
They do offer pretty decent compensation, training, and there are always plenty of hours.
Cons
Management is so detached from their employees, and reality it makes it difficult to do anything or get anywhere within the company. HR is never available. Direct managers love to play the favorites game that makes drama and the feel of being in high school. The way managent treats employees is apauling. If it doesn’t benefit your managers back pocket forget about it. They’re too worried about getting their bonuses rather than employee growth and retention. Company shifted their structure, and it’s made a worse impact on the company, I’ve seen multiple employees with 10+ years quit without notice in the last year.
