      Orica is a very organized and structured company that welcomes new hires with open arms and treats their employees with respect.

      Cons

      The systems that the company uses in some areas don't collaborate with other functions within the organization, but there are plans for this to change in the future.

      Senior managers lack focus and vision on customer service, innovation and technology This is not a collaborative company when different departments are involved, there is not a single overarching goal people are working together to achieve Things move really slowly

      Great people in general, compensation is comparatively good barring the minimal bonus payout

      Cons

      Company is let down by a leadership team that trudges from one shambolic decision to another and the obvious infighting and selfishness of some the decisions (Asia / Africa regional HQ relocated to Perth ??!!! / Senior management imposing his OCD traits on his staff!!!!) made gravely harm the morale of the workforce. From bad to worse..
