World class technology and high brand value. Remuneration on or before time. Good exposure to industry and freedom at work.

Cons

Working in cellos. Collaborative spirit lacking as well leadership is weak and communication is one way. Remuneration is not at par with industry. Decision process is extremely slow.

Over the last 6-8 years line managers have been selected for who they know and not what they know. Consequently paralysis set in and morale nosedived, taking with it any chance of fostering quality culture/values let alone grow the company.

The pay is good, one of the best around here. Most of the people are friendly too. The first year was enjoyable

Cons

Most of the machines are old and junk. You work most Saturday's the plant stays close to 120 degrees in the summer time
