Pros

Global company - good exposure to global teams, virtual teams. Barbecue every Friday. Good work-life balance with importance given to family time as well as office time.

Cons

Has had difficulty in stabilization since the new CEO has taken over. Also, the downturn in the mining industry has not helped matters much. With profits declining, there is a lot of cost cutting.

Great people with tremendous knowledge. Opportunity to learn about a variety of subjects and travel to exciting locations.

Cons

The sr. leadership team is new to the company and industry and lacks knowledge. Too much internal bureaucracy to get things done time. Too risk adverse.
