Good Work Environment - too many changes without impact analysis

Pros

Great people to work with. Line managers are very supportive, keen on developing talents, knowledgeable and has proven industry experience. Okay compensation.

Cons

1. adopts new software, systems too frequently. Barely does the things they were intended for. Lacks proper impact analysis. New ways of managing work comes when people are just about to become familiar with current system.

Once a year health budget of $200 you have to apply for.

Cons

as a junior or intern, you are expected to do all of the work the seniors and boomers can't do with really low pay. better work for NAB or CommBank
