Entrepreneurship highly desired Excellent safety culture People are looking for serious leaders Extremely diversified across EMEA which causes higher than normal travel

External change being executed faster than internal change Very small global industry, hence it seems like incest when you go to association meetings etc. Highly driven be people either coming from Australia/NZ and/or the US/CA/UK While SAP driven, old processes are driving everything. No common master data, hence it is a nightmare to compare apples with apples..

Cons

High employee turnover due to unnecessary pressure and lack of competence of the local HR team. Many employees left the company for the smaller-sized competitor.
