Company moving in the right direction but too focused in cost cutting

Pros

Company is moving in the right direction under the current CEO with diversification and acquisitions. Great talent management with future opportunities always being discussed. Increasing responsibility given with successful demonstration of leadership qualities.

Cons

Even before the pandemic cost cutting measures were taken and they continue leading to good people being asked to leave. As a result salaries being reduced and currently pays lower than the competition. No company pension plan. Too many organizational changes and with each change more people are cut.
